The manufacturing operation began in 2018 with an approximately 500 m² workshop and a five-person team, initially focused on plastic and die-casting molds and related components. As the workload grew, additional equipment and technical staff were introduced. In 2023, operations were further organized under Zhaoqing Shiyunjia Technology Co., Ltd., with stronger management and quality processes. By 2025, the facility had expanded to approximately 3,000 m² with around 48 employees supporting mold design, CNC, EDM, assembly, trials, injection molding, and inspection.
