Mold Engineering & Review
After receiving 2D/3D data, samples, and functional requirements, the team reviews parting, demolding, gating, ejection, cooling, assembly, and critical dimensions. Software and analysis capabilities are published only after internal verification.

CNC Machining
Used for mold plates, cores, cavities, inserts, and related components.
CNC machining is used for mold plates, cores, cavities, inserts, electrodes, and other precision tooling components. The machining route, equipment, inspection points, and achievable tolerances are evaluated according to the approved drawing, material, component size, geometry, and surface requirements.

EDM
Applied to complex cavities, deep or narrow features, and geometries that are difficult to machine conventionally, coordinated with fitting and inspection.

Grinding & Fitting
Grinding, fitting, and necessary finishing are planned around part datums, fit, and surface requirements. Tolerances and finish follow the approved drawing.

Mold Assembly & Trials
Molds are assembled, checked, and trialed. Molding behavior, appearance, dimensions, and assembly issues are recorded, with changes implemented against approved feedback.

Injection Molding
Support is available for trial and production molding. Material, color, approved sample, packing, and lot requirements are confirmed before production.

Packing & Delivery
Product protection, quantity, labels, and packing are handled against the order. Trade terms, shipping method, and delivery documents are agreed for each project.
